Job Purpose

The purpose of the Graphic Designer role is to adapt and update existing design files for multilingual localization projects. The role focuses on replacing source-language content with translated text while maintaining the original design, layout, formatting, and brand consistency. The Graphic Designer ensures that localized assets are visually accurate, linguistically appropriate, and production-ready across various digital and print formats. This role works closely with project managers, localization engineers, and language teams to deliver high-quality multilingual creative assets on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create high-quality visual assets for digital and print media
• Develop marketing materials including brochures, banners, social media creatives, presentations, and promotional content
• Create and adapt graphics for multilingual and localized content
• Design layouts and marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and visual elements using Adobe Photoshop
• Create and edit videos for marketing campaigns, corporate presentations, eLearning modules, and social media platforms
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative deliverables
• Collaborate with project managers, content teams, and clients to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions
• Prepare production-ready files for print and digital publishing
• Maintain organized design assets, templates, and project files

Required Skills

5+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign
• Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Camtasia, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing for both digital and print media
• Ability to create engaging marketing and promotional materials
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
