Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in business, mathematics, engineering, supply chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning or similar roles.
• Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems and advanced planning tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategically manage and optimize finished goods flow to balance inventory and backorders.
• Review and execute short- and medium-term supply optimization from customer demand.
• Ensure inventory policies down to SKU level, including safety stock and order quantities.
• Monitor OTIF metrics and manage Arkieva supply planning.
• Coordinate with ISC organization to reflect production capabilities in forecasts.
• Maintain Arkieva master data and SAP replenishment parameters.

Key Accountabilities

The principal objective of the DRP Planner is to strategically manage and optimize the flow of finished goods to ensure the correct inventory is available at the right location and time, while balancing inventory levels with backorders and minimizing slow moving stocks.

We believe you bring

Supply Plan:

• Review and execute short and medium term supply optimization from given customer demand and communicate to the organization.
• Ensure inventory stocking policies are followed for trade goods down to SKU level including safety stock levels and order quantities.
• Monitoring of process order On Time, In Full (OTIF) metric will be required to assess quality of plan.
• IC-STO management and tracking.

Stakeholder Management:

• Coordinate the execution of the supply plan with responsible ISC Organization, effectively managing any exceptions with demand forecasts
• Work collaboratively with the ISC Organization to ensure key assumptions on anticipated production capabilities are reflected within the forecasts
• Actively communicate situation on blocked stock to the ISC organization
• Inventory Segmentation and Network Optimization Models:
• Determine the most appropriate inventory replenishment models that balance service, cost, and inventory based on the objectives of the business using Arkieva Inventory Module.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stockouts while minimizing excess inventory. This involves analyzing demand patterns, collaborating with relevant stake holder.

SAP Master data:

• Align with Supply Planners inorder to Maintain Arkieva master data (plant assignments) relevant for the supply and inventory planning process.
• Maintenance of SAP master data (replenishment parameters and Planning rates) relevant for the supply and inventory planning process.
• Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of data related inventory levels, lead times, to enable informed decision-making and minimize potential disruptions.

Improvement Suggestions:

• Analyze processes for inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives, such as process automation, route optimization (if any)
• Manage specific Supply Chain projects to meet budget requirements, project timelines, goals, business objectives etc.

We believe you are...

• Post Graduate degree in business, Mathematics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline with 3 to 5 years experience.
• Highly proficient in MS Office packages (Excel, Access; SharePoint)
• Very good English communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Demonstrable capability to analyze data (including mass cross-reference data validation, trending and forecasting)
• Strong communication skills; able to communicate with all functional levels within the business
• Experience with SAP (or equivalent ERP system), Business Warehouse (or equivalent data warehouse) or Arkieva (or equivalent advanced planning software) is preferred
• Solid understanding of supply chain and business processes
• Ability to prioritize and proactively complete projects with little direction
