Located in Khordha, India, the ideal candidate will perform commissioning, installation, and maintenance services for agricultural drones. Qualified candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in drone piloting or technical support, and preferably hold a Diploma or ITI in a relevant field. Strong troubleshooting skills and a willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of drone components, batteries, motors, ESCs, and flight controllers.
• Willingness to travel extensively for field service activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform commissioning and installation of drones at customer locations
• Conduct drone testing, calibration, and pre-delivery inspections
• Provide technical support and maintenance services for sold drones
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and operational issues
• Train customers on basic drone operation, safety, and maintenance
• Coordinate with the technical and R&D teams for issue resolution
• Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and customer records
• Ensure timely completion of field service visits and support requests
• Handle spare parts replacement and routine servicing
• Travel to customer locations whenever required

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in drone piloting or drone technical support
• Basic understanding of drone components, batteries, motors, ESCs, and flight controllers
• Knowledge of agricultural drones is an added advantage
