Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Draftsman role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Draftsman will prepare detailed technical drawings and layouts for interior and architectural projects, using CAD software and other drafting tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include converting design concepts into accurate plans, updating drawings based on client and designer feedback, and ensuring that all documents comply with industry standards and project specifications. The role also involves close collaboration with designers, project managers, and vendors to coordinate measurements, material details, and installation requirements, as well as maintaining organized records of drawings and revisions.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and ability to create precise 2D and 3D drawings.
• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles, measurements, and detailing.
• Ability to interpret design briefs, technical specifications, and site measurements accurately.
• Attention to detail, with strong organizational and documentation skills for managing multiple projects.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with designers, project managers, and vendors.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Prior experience in interior or architectural drafting within residential or commercial projects is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and occasionally visit project locations if required.
