• Liaise with Depositories and Back-office vendors for queries.
• Maintain DP Back-office systems for smooth daily operations.
• Execute DP transactions for various processes.
• Handle client account opening requests in DP systems.
• Handle client master modification requests and account openings in DP systems.
• Ensure compliant account openings across segments.
• Process DP billing and create billing schemes.
• Adhere to compliance for all transactions.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors for DP audits.
• Handle SEBI, exchange, and depository inspections efficiently.
• Enhance and automate systems to meet regulatory changes.
• Ensure timely transaction processing and efficiency.
• Prepare daily MIS reports and maintain checklists; use Excel and Word for reporting.
• Resolve queries promptly to maintain high client satisfaction.

We are seeking an experienced DP Operations Specialist with hands-on expertise in managing DP operations within the broking industry. The ideal candidate should be well-versed and adaptable to regulatory changes and new product lines, ensuring seamless and compliant operations.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Depositories and Back-office vendors for setup and resolution of queries.
• Maintain DP Back-office systems and surveillance systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
• DP Transactions & Collateral Management: Execute DP transactions for Pay-in/Pay-out obligations, Margin Pledge, Unpledge, Repledge processes, and Collateral Management.
• Coordinate with Exchanges as necessary to ensure efficient processing.
• Client Management & Account Opening: Handle client master modification requests in DP back-office and Depository systems.
• Ensure accurate and compliant account opening across various segments for seamless trading.
• Process DP billing and create billing schemes.
• Ensure adherence to Compliance requirements for all transaction executions.
• Collaborate with Internal and Concurrent Auditors for DP operations audits.
• Handle SEBI, Exchange, and Depository inspections with efficiency.
• Continuously enhance and automate systems to comply with evolving regulatory frameworks.
• Ensure timely processing of transactions, maintaining operational efficiency.
• Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain daily MIS reports, checklists, and resolve queries promptly. Proficiently use Microsoft Excel and Word for documentation and reporting.
• Query Resolution: Address internal and external queries effectively, ensuring high client satisfaction.
