Job summary

Birlasoft is seeking a software engineer to join an agile team. You will design and build software, extend existing systems, and perform unit and integration testing in a fast-paced environment focused on CO2 emissions compliance.

The role requires English fluency, 3–5 years of IT experience, and hands-on expertise with C#, .NET, REST, SQL Server, MVC, WCF, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. On-site collaboration in Eindhoven, with options for offshore/near-shore alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor IT level and 3–5 years of experience.
• Fluent in English language (verbal and written).
• Experience with ASP.NET, C#, REST, and SQL Server preferred.

CLIENT has implemented an extensive architecture of interconnected services to comply with the EU Legislation on CO2 emissions reduction. To support the implementation of new amendments and improve system usability and robustness a software engineer will be hired, who is able to:

• Bring ample experience in the field of the technologies used
• Quickly understand the wide technical domain and its pitfalls
• Diagnose problems and solve issues
• Challenge - and perform impact analysis on requested changes / improvements
• Design and build high quality changes to the systems based on functional designs and the existing architecture
• Work closely with developers/designers, information analysts
• Perform release management of the system
• Work in an agile scrum team
