Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a Senior Software Engineer in Bengaluru to design and deliver scalable web apps using .NET, Angular, Azure, and modern JavaScript. You will work in a hybrid model with agile processes to enhance consumer lending and enterprise functions while improving security and performance.

Responsibilities include full-stack development, optimizing data access, integrating Azure, and maintaining coding standards with CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in .NET and .NET Framework development using C#, Entity Framework, REST API design, and T-SQL.
• Proficient in modern web development with Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Apply agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies to deliver iterative features to business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud capabilities including hosting, configuration and monitoring.
• Experience in consumer lending or related financial services is a plus.
