Job summary

Mclaren Strategic Solutions Global Tech Services is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Engineer to develop, enhance, test, and support web applications using .NET Core and Angular. You will build scalable applications, create REST APIs, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core, and .NET 6+.
• Good hands-on experience with Angular (v12+), including component development and integration with backend APIs.
• Strong experience in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding and practical experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Good knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, and Angular.
• Design, develop, and consume RESTful APIs for scalability, security, and performance.
• Contribute to application modernization, migration, and technology upgrade initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with QA, DevOps, Product, and other cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and efficient code following established standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
• Develop and maintain unit tests and provide support for integration and functional testing.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement review recommendations.
• Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, queries, and database operations for improved performance.
• Support production deployments, incident resolution, application monitoring, and post-production bug fixes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, coding standards, and engineering practices.
