Qualifications

Responsibilities

Role Summary

A Technical Leader is responsible for driving end-to-end development and delivery of enterprise applications using .NET full stack technologies. The role involves strong technical expertise, system design, and collaboration to deliver scalable and high-performance solutions.

Scope and Responsibilities

• End-to-end full stack development using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Angular, React.js.
• Design scalable and high-performance applications.
• API development, system integrations, and backend services.
• Database development and optimization using SQL Server.
• Production support, RCA, and troubleshooting.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Technical Execution

• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive architecture and integration across applications.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and security.
• Work closely with delivery and engineering teams.

Skillset Requirements

Required:

• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, Web API
• Experience in Entity Framework / EF Core
• Hands-on with Angular and React.js
• Strong SQL Server skills (T-SQL, query optimization)
• Experience in API development and integrations

Preferred:

• Exposure to Azure services.
• Experience in production support and monitoring.
• Own end-to-end delivery and technical ownership.
• Ensure application performance and reliability.
• Collaborate effectively across teams.
