Can lead and champion strategic practice development within team or platform.
Can mentor and up‑skill other engineering teams across different squads.

Your skills and experience

Experience: 7-10+ years of industry experience as a full‑stack engineer.

Development Methodologies: MVC with .NET Core and .NET Framework, REST APIs, Microservices.

Frontend Technologies: AWS, React, .NET.

CI/CD: Any Git tool for source control. Build tools like TeamCity or GitHub Actions and experience with deployment tooling like Octopus or similar. Proficient knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

Databases: Either relational databases such as MSSQL or Oracle.

Monitoring: Familiarity with Splunk or a similar monitoring tool and performance tooling like AppDynamics.

Cloud: Good knowledge of a cloud provider, preferably AWS.

Soft skills: Excellent communication skills. Working experience with Agile methodologies.
