Zensar Technologies in India (Maharashtra) is seeking a Support Engineer – Database Analyst to join the production support team. You will analyze and resolve database and application issues, monitor health, optimize SQL queries, and support deployments in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 4+ years in application or database support, strong SQL Server skills, ITIL knowledge, and the ability to work in on-call rotations; exposure to AWS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4+ years in application or database support roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, stored procedures, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting production applications in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident/problem management.
• Experience with batch processing, data analysis, and monitoring tools.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience with AWS-hosted applications is desirable.
• Able to work in a fast-paced on-call rotation.
