Job summary

Persistent is seeking an experienced Project Lead to drive .NET application development, deployment and support for enterprise-scale systems in Hyderabad. The role demands 8–12 years of experience and at least 2 years in a lead capacity, with strong CI/CD, SQL and SDLC/ALM understanding.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and oversee deployments, automation, and operations while championing delivery excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Lead and coordinate application development, deployment, and support activities aligned with business objectives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8 to 12 years of experience in Application Development, Application Support, or Software Engineering roles.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead, Project Lead, Technical Lead, or Delivery Coordination role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in .NET technologies and enterprise application development.
• Experience working with SQL and relational database technologies for enterprise applications.
• Proven experience managing application deployment, hypercare, and support activities for large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Expertise in CI/CD implementation, deployment pipelines, release management, and automation practices.
• Experience with source control systems, branching strategies, and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and modern software delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing project schedules, resource planning, stakeholder communication, and risk mitigation.
• Ability to lead development teams and coordinate activities across multiple workstreams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
