Role Summary

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications, APIs, and backend services using .NET technologies. Lead technical design, mentor team members, ensure secure and high-quality software delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build enterprise healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications, REST APIs, and backend services using .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC and Entity Framework.
• Implement secure APIs using JWT, OAuth2 and industry security best practices.
• Perform technical design and architecture for new features and enhancements.
• Develop and deploy Azure Functions, App Services and other Azure PaaS services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills / Experience

• 8-16 years of experience in .NET application development.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, Microservices Architecture and REST APIs.
• Experience with JWT authentication and OAuth2.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, T-SQL and database design.
• Good understanding of SOLID principles, OOP and Dependency Injection (Microsoft DI/Autofac).
• Hands-on experience with Azure Services (Functions, App Services, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Service Bus).
• Experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Leadership experience managing or mentoring a team of 45 developers.
• Strong communication, collaboration, estimation and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (preferred).
• Experience with JavaScript, Angular or React is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) is a plus.
