Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale apps using .NET Core/Framework, C#, Web APIs and microservices.
• Drive full-stack initiatives leveraging React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI.
• Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS (ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, CloudWatch).
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Lead technical design reviews, solution architecture discussions, and code reviews.
• Drive DevOps and CI/CD using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins and AWS services.
• Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability across environments.
• Mentor developers and provide technical guidance throughout the software lifecycle.

Technical Lead- .Net Full stack

Desired Experience Range: 10+ years

Location of Requirement: Hyderabad

Must-Have:

• Minimum 10+ years of development experience in Web Applications using .NET Technologies and 2+ years in AWS
• Expertise in .NET Framework & .NET Core Technologies
• Strong development experience with ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, WebAPI, Microservices, authorization & authentication
• Experience with authentication, authorization, and secure API consumption between React and .NET applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js and modern front-end development.
• Experience with React Hooks (useState, useEffect, useContext, useMemo, useCallback).
• Experience with AWS Services like Lambda, S3, EventBridge, RDS, Cloudwatch
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI-powered coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar tools to improve developer productivity, code quality, and delivery efficiency
