OpenTalent in Maharashtra, India is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software solutions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science/ IT/ Computer Science or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, Azure Cloud, MS SQL Server, etc.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal assistance.
• Sharp and tenacious development skills with strong problem solving.
• Very good proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Hands on experience in .NET Core, C#, SQL Server / PostgreSQL, Entity Framework
• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure API Management, Azure Service Bus & Azure Event Hub

Scope of role

• Responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to break down features into manageable tasks and ensure that the team has a clear understanding of requirements.
• Facilitate technical discussions during Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Help prioritize technical debt and manage the balance between feature development and system improvements, ensuring the team is working on high-impact tasks.
• Development Contributions: Actively contribute to development tasks and collaborate with the team to build and improve software solutions.
• Code Review: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the application stack, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Code & System Optimization: Continuously optimize code and enhance system performance for improved efficiency and scalability.
• Security Considerations: Ensure that security best practices are followed during development and code implementation.
• Technical Documentation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation to support development processes.

What should you have

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
