Job summary

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our hybrid team in Pune. The role requires hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, SQL Server or PostgreSQL, and Entity Framework, with 5–8 years of relevant work experience.

The incumbent will lead development efforts and collaborate with product owners to deliver high-quality software solutions. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in science/IT/CS or equivalent and excellent English communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science/ IT/ CS or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of experience with .NET Core, C#, Azure Cloud, MS SQL Server, etc.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in design, development, and delivery of software solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Master to break down features into tasks.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, retrospectives.
• Prioritize technical debt and balance feature development with system improvements.
• Contribute to development tasks and collaborate to build and improve software solutions.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality code and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack with timely solutions.
• Optimize code and system performance for efficiency and scalability.
• Ensure security best practices are followed during development and coding.

Technical skills required:

Scope of role

• Responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to break down features into manageable tasks and ensure that the team has a clear understanding of requirements.
• Facilitate technical discussions during Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Help prioritize technical debt and manage the balance between feature development and system improvements, ensuring the team is working on high-impact tasks.
• Development Contributions: Actively contribute to development tasks and collaborate with the team to build and improve software solutions.

What should you have

• Bachelor's degree in science/ IT/ Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 4-6 years of working experience with technologies like .NET Core, C#, Azure Cloud, MS SQL Server Etc.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal assistance
• Sharp and tenacious development skills, a great problem solver
• Very good proficiency in English
