Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Manager to oversee application support operations, ensure application availability, coordinate with vendors, and support business and regulatory reporting requirements. Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, or Application Management.

• Identify opportunities to automate data extraction and reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Maintain application support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge repositories.
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams to ensure service-level objectives are met.
