Job summary

About this opportunity: Telecom Core Network professional with extensive experience in LTE/4G, VoLTE/IMS, and 5G technologies, specializing in Diameter & HTTP signaling, policy control solutions (Ericsson SAPC/CCPC), Service Communication Proxy (SCP), network performance management, and advanced troubleshooting. Proven expertise in analyzing complex call flows, resolving critical network issues, optimizing node performance, and supporting roaming and policy control functions across large-scale telecom environments. In this role, you'll be a crucial part of our Managed Services deliveries, in accordance with the needs of the Ericsson Operations Engine.

What you will do

• Provide TA Core / 2nd Level Support for Core Network Operations across LTE/4G, VoLTE/IMS, and 5G Core domains, ensuring high network availability, service continuity, and rapid incident resolution.
• Responsible for fault management, service assurance, incident handling, problem management, and operational support of Core Network platforms.

The skills you bring

• Strong expertise in Diameter and HTTP signalling, including protocol analysis, message flows, cause codes, and troubleshooting.
• In-depth understanding of Diameter and HTTP cause codes, their interpretation, impact analysis, and resolution methodologies.
• Extensive knowledge of VoLTE, IMS, LTE/4G, and 5G call flows, including end-to-end call scenarios and interworking procedures.
• Comprehensive understanding of VoLTE/5G network architecture, interfaces, network elements, and associated functional components.
• Hands‑on expertise in Ericsson SAPC (Service-Aware Policy Controller), CCPC (Cloud Core Policy Controller), and SCP (Service Communication Proxy) platforms.
• Advanced troubleshooting capabilities across LTE/4G, VoLTE/IMS, and 5G Core networks, including signaling, session management, and policy control issues.
• Strong knowledge of national and international roaming call flows, VoLTE roaming architecture, and inter‑operator signalling procedures.
• Experienced in analysing and optimizing performance, capacity, availability, and characteristics of SAPC, CCPC, and SCP network nodes.
• Skilled in fault isolation, root cause analysis (RCA), corrective actions, and network issue resolution within telecom core networks.
• Proficient in KPI analysis, service assurance, and maintaining service continuity for mission‑critical telecom platforms while maintaining Work Level Agreement (WLA) and Service Level Agreement (SLA).
