Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work model. The role focuses on end‑to‑end ownership of enterprise labeling and mobility platforms, including BarTender, BarOne and SAP integrations, across global manufacturing and supply chains.

You will drive architecture development, stakeholder collaboration and lifecycle management to ensure secure, compliant and efficient labeling and mobility solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of architecture development and project management experience.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise labeling platforms (BarTender, BarOne, Loftware) within manufacturing/supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end global labeling solutions for raw materials to finished goods and shipping labels.
• Integrate labeling with SAP ERP, databases and middleware; manage data flows and interfaces.
• Lead deployment, troubleshooting and governance of labeling, barcode and mobility ecosystems.
• Drive continuous improvements and establish global labeling standards across manufacturing and supply chains.

Your potential is our inspiration.Where You’ll Make a DifferenceEnd-to-end ownership of global labeling solutions for raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished goods, and shipping labels, with expertise in integrated labeling architectures, ERP connectivity, barcode-driven supply chains, traceability, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.Expertise in SAP labeling integration (Output Partner, HTTPS, logical system-based printing), BarTender administration, print server management, and secure DMZ print infrastructure, including deployment, troubleshooting, and governance.Advanced knowledge of GS1 barcode standards, enterprise labeling integrations, XML/JSON/XSLT data transformations, Zebra/ZPL printing, BarOne label design, SAP Smart Forms integration, and end-to-end labeling ecosystem management.Administration and support of Android/Windows CE handheld devices, SOTI MobiControl, TekRF, and StayLinked environments, including barcode scanning, Zebra mobility solutions, device lifecycle management, deployments, troubleshooting, and license management.Scanner ecosystem administration and support, including wireless mobility infrastructure, enterprise application integration, barcode scanning operations, monitoring, troubleshooting, and end-to-end transaction processing.Technical ownership of enterprise labeling and mobility platforms, including solution architecture, implementation, lifecycle management, cross-functional collaboration, root cause analysis, and the development of global standards for labeling, barcode, and mobility solutions.Responsible for the complete lifecycle of enterprise labeling, printing, barcode, and mobility solutions, ensuring reliable integration between business systems, infrastructure, printers, scanners, and operational processes across global manufacturing and supply chain environments.What Makes You the Right FitBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or any other relevant discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture development and project management.Deep understanding of the supporting systems and connected applications, their interfaces, and data flows.Understanding of business architecture, processes and standards/ policies.Hands-on experience with enterprise labeling platforms such as BarTender, BarOne, Loftware, or equivalent labeling solutions within manufacturing and supply chain environments.Strong knowledge of barcode standards, labeling compliance requirements, printer technologies, and mobility solutions, including Zebra printers, handheld scanners, and wireless device management platforms.Experience integrating labeling and mobility solutions with SAP ERP, databases, middleware, and enterprise applications, with a solid understanding of system interfaces and data flows.Proven problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead complex technical initiatives, drive continuous improvements, and support global business operations.Why Choose Us?Multinational and supporting environmentHealth insuranceTraining opportunitiesLearning and development programsImportant Information Regarding This PositionFor your awareness, IFF has announced its intention to sell its Food Ingredients Business to CVC Capital Partners.
