Job summary

IFF is a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, delivering sustainable innovations. The Hyderabad-based role is hybrid, shaping end-to-end SAP LE/WM logistics across the global supply chain and driving performance.

You will define inbound/outbound logistics, collaborate with business stakeholders, and oversee ECC to S/4HANA transformations, 3PL integrations, and governance activities to ensure smooth deployment and post-go-live stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP WM, LE, IM, MM, SD and logistics.
• Strong expertise in WM and LE processes and configuration.
• Proven SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and support experience.
• Experience in SAP integration projects across logistics modules.
• Ability to manage global stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation and support of end-to-end SAP LE/WM solutions across global supply chain.
• Define inbound/outbound logistics, cross company logistics, shipping, transportation and warehouse operations, inventory management, and 3PL/4PL integrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP LE/WM.
• Design and govern integrations between SAP LE/WM and SAP SD, MM, PP, FI, GTS, and external systems.
• Lead EDI/IDoc-enabled logistics integrations with customers, suppliers, carriers, and 3PL providers.
• Review and approve functional specifications, technical designs, custom enhancements, interfaces, reports, forms, and workflows.
• Provide architectural leadership during SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation programs, global rollouts, system upgrades, and warehouse modernization initiatives.
• Support project governance activities including solution reviews, testing strategy, cutover planning, deployment management, risk assessment, and post-go-live stabilization.

Where You'll Make a Difference

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP modules including WM, IM, MM, SD, and Logistics Execution (LE).
• Strong expertise in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Logistics Execution (LE) business processes and system configuration.
• Proven experience in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and application support projects.
• Worked on integration projects involving SAP logistics and supply chain modules.
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across the globe.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
