  Support market research and benchmarking study to identify industry trends and alternate third‑party products wherever applicable.


• Optimization Initiatives
  Assist in identifying improvement areas across processes and functions to enhance process performance and solution delivery.


• Technical Documentation
  Support in translating technical specifications into clear, user‑oriented documentation and communication materials to form base for implementation
