• Lead domain optimization programs with governance, quality and value creation for clients.
• Conduct performance reviews, mentor consultants, and guide professional development.
• Review and approve technical and functional documentation for accuracy and alignment.
• Provide guidance to teams to maintain consistency, clarity, and quality across deliverables.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business communications aligned with objectives.
• Monitor project financials, optimize resource utilization, and manage margins.
• Identify opportunities within existing accounts and participate in RFP discussions.

• Plan and forecast strategies across enterprise engagements, ensuring consistency and scalability. "
• Optimization Initiatives-"Lead domain optimization and solution programs, ensuring governance, quality, and value creation for clients.
• Conduct performance review, facilitate professional development and mentor consultants."
• Technical Documentation-"Review and approve documentation ensuring functional accuracy, completeness, and alignment with domain standards and organizational objectives.
