The purpose of this role is to analyse client business processes and conduct detailed market and benchmarking studies to evaluate process improvement opportunities and propose enhancements.

Areas of Responsibilities

• Business process analysis - Analyse client business processes to identify improvement opportunities and change areas, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Market research & benchmarking - Conduct in-depth market analysis and validate benchmarking study and proposed alternate process and functional methodologies.
• Perform cost benefit analysis of proposed strategies to support planning decisions, including identification of any third party products.
• Optimization Initiatives - Identify domain-specific process improvement opportunities, evaluate and propose enhancements, to align with defined business objectives and established best practices.
• Technical Documentation - Prepare drafts of technical documentation for business processes and system configurations by gathering inputs from cross-functional teams to ensure relevant details are accurately captured.
• Revenue Growth - Participate and contribute in designing proposals in alignment with the proposed solutions.
