• Market research & benchmarking - Review forecasting models, cost-benefit analysis and define alternative process methodologies as part of benchmarking.
• Plan and forecast strategies across enterprise engagements, ensuring consistency and scalability.
• Optimization initiatives - Lead domain optimization and solution programs with governance, quality, and value creation for clients.
• Conduct performance reviews, facilitate professional development and mentor consultants.
• Technical documentation - Review and approve documentation ensuring functional accuracy and alignment with standards.
• Provide guidance to teams to maintain consistency, clarity, and quality across deliverables.
• Lead initiatives to articulate complex technical concepts into clear communication materials aligned with business objectives.
• Revenue growth - Lead budget performance by monitoring project financials, optimizing resources, and maintaining margins.
• Identify mining opportunities in existing accounts and participate in RFP discussions.
• Thought leadership - Create whitepapers and reusable frameworks while guiding teams to adopt best practices.
