• Business process analysis – Analyse client business processes to identify improvement opportunities and change areas, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• Market research & benchmarking – Conduct in-depth market analysis and validate benchmarking study and proposed alternate process and functional methodologies.
• Performance of cost benefit analysis of proposed strategies to support planning decisions, including identification of any third party products.
• Optimization Initiatives – Identify domain-specific process improvement opportunities, evaluate and propose enhancements, to align with defined business objectives and established best practices.
• Technical Documentation – Prepare drafts of technical documentation for business processes and system configurations by gathering inputs from cross-functional teams to ensure relevant details are accurately captured.
• Revenue Growth – Participate and contribute in designing proposals in alignment with the proposed solutions.
