Job summary

Palo Alto Networks in Bengaluru seeks a senior AI Security Domain Consultant to drive pre-sales engagements, deliver PoVs, and craft holistic AI security solutions for customer environments.

This role requires hands-on depth with LLM APIs, cloud platforms, and a knack for executive storytelling; travel to customer meetings and field events is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of pre-sales experience in AI Security, Cloud Security, Application/API Security, or DevSecOps.
• Hands-on AI Technical Depth: interact with LLM APIs, write scripts, prototype agentic workflows or security routines across cloud-native platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, K8s) and REST APIs.
• Domain Expertise in AI Security: AI Runtime Security, Generative AI risks (Prompt Injection, Goal Hijacking), AI Agent/MCP governance, and AI-focused DLP.
• Executive Storytelling & Stakeholder Management: translate complex AI architectures into clear business outcomes for C-level executives and technical practitioners.
• Consultative Problem-Solving: guide enterprise customers through complex pre-sales cycles with a results-oriented mindset.
• Field Sales Readiness: willingness to travel for key in-person customer meetings and field events.

Responsibilities

• Drive Technical Wins & PoVs: scope, lead, and execute hands-on PoV and technical validation projects to demonstrate real-time AI threat prevention, DLP, and governance in customer environments.
• Executive Storytelling & Demos: present tailored solutions and interactive demos to developers, AI practitioners, CISOs, and executives.
• Influence the Product Roadmap: channel customer feedback into future Prisma AIRS releases with Product Management and Engineering.
• Architect AI Security Solutions: design architectures that provide holistic AI security within enterprisewide requirements.
• Thought Leadership & RFx Support: lead discussions on AI threats and vulnerabilities; contribute to RFIs/RFPs.
• Services & Competitive Positioning: position Prisma AIRS against market alternatives and align services for long-term value.
