Qualifications

• BE/ME/BTECH/MTECH/MCA/MSC/MBA with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Hands‑on experience developing and supporting solutions on Documentum.
• Strong understanding of content management concepts such as metadata, security, versioning, retention, and lifecycle management.
• Experience working in a delivery environment with requirement analysis, development, testing, and production support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Documentum‑based solutions aligned to business and compliance needs.
• Configure and support Documentum repositories, object types, lifecycles, ACLs, and document management standards.
• Build and optimize workflows, job automation, and content processing to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and implement long‑term fixes and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, estimate effort, and deliver enhancements on schedule.
• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, deployment planning, and release support for stable deliveries.
• Partner with teams to identify opportunities to apply AI for smarter content discovery, tagging, and summarization use cases.
