Qualifications

• Life Science graduation or equivalent with Anatomy/Physiology as main subjects.
• 8–10 years of coding experience, including 4+ years in leading a team of 30–55 members.
• Certifications: CPC, COC, CRC, CPCP from AAPC or CCS, CCSP, CCA from AHIMA.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Oversee coding activities to ensure customer service and quality expectations are met.
• Own day-to-day operations and lead a large coding team.
• Prepare month-end reports and invoice clients.
• Resource planning based on forecasted business volume.
• Continual process improvement through client interactions.
