Responsabilités

• Coordinate DLT platform implementation with vendors and internal teams.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies including TRAI and COAI for compliance and coordination.
• Track regulatory directives and timelines for DLT ecosystem.
• Support telecom regulatory requirements related to SMS/Voice, consent management, scrubbing, headers and onboarding.
• Coordinate API discussions with development, product, and operations teams.
• Manage communications with ecosystem partners for testing, UAT, deployment and production rollout.
• Prepare MOMs, coordination notes, regulatory responses, status reports and governance updates.
• Monitor dependencies, risks, escalations, and ensure timely closure of actions.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound professional for coordination and operational management of DLT ecosystem activities across vendors, telecom operators, regulatory bodies, and internal technical teams.

The role requires strong communication, regulatory understanding, technical coordination capability, and experience in telecom messaging platforms / enterprise messaging & Voice ecosystems.

The candidate will work closely with internal Regulatory, Product, Technology, Operations, and Compliance teams along with external stakeholders including TRAI, COAI, Telecom Operators, and DLT platform vendor for implementation and operationalization of DLT-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendor, telecom operators, and internal technical teams for DLT platform implementation, integration, and operational activities.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and industry forums including Telecom Regulatory Authority of India and Cellular Operators Association of India for compliance and ecosystem coordination.
• Track and coordinate regulatory directives, technical changes, and implementation timelines related to DLT ecosystem.
• Support implementation of telecom regulatory requirements related to SMS/Voice, consent management, scrubbing, headers, templates, and enterprise onboarding.
• Coordinate technical discussions with development, product, and operations teams for API integrations, platform enhancements, and issue resolution.
• Manage communication and follow-up with ecosystem partners for testing, UAT, deployment, and production rollout activities.

• Prepare MOMs, coordination notes, regulatory responses, status reports, presentations, and management updates.
• Monitor implementation dependencies, risks, escalations, and ensure timely closure of action items.
• Support audit, compliance, and operational governance activities related to DLT ecosystem.
• Participate in industry meetings, coordination calls, and technical workshops with telecom ecosystem stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Good understanding of telecom messaging/voice ecosystem, DLT framework, and enterprise messaging/voice operations.
• Knowledge of telecom regulatory environment and compliance processes.
• Strong coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional technical and regulatory teams.
• Understanding of APIs, telecom platforms, messaging/voice flows, and integrations will be preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in DLT platforms, A2P messaging, telecom VAS, or enterprise Voice domain.
• Exposure to operator coordination, regulatory compliance, or telecom ecosystem management.
• Experience in handling multi-stakeholder technical and operational projects.
