Attributes:

• Graduated in BE, BTech, BCA, BSc IT, BSc CS, MCA & MSc
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written
• Strong in logical thinking and learning skills
• Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm & good in keyboard shortcuts
• Able to handle 3 chats at a time
• Knowledge about web hosting is an added advantage
• Flexible to work 24/7 – Rotational shifts including night shifts
