Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Addressing user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking.
  2. Installing applications and computer peripherals.
  3. Guiding users with simple, step-by-step instructions.
  4. Demonstrating excellent communication and teamwork.
  5. Exhibiting strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  6. Maintaining a customer-oriented attitude.
  7. Creating technical documentation and manuals.
  8. Conducting remote troubleshooting and testing alternative pathways until issues are resolved.

Qualifications:

  1. BSc in Computer Science or a relevant field (e.g., B.Com, BA).
  2. Knowledge of MS Office 365 and Outlook troubleshooting (2019, 2016, 2013, etc.).
  3. Experience in using Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
  4. Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer/FMS.
  5. Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
  6. Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals (e.g., printers, laptops, scanners).
  7. Basic knowledge of network configurations and troubleshooting.
  8. Familiarity with anti-virus program troubleshooting.
  9. Knowledge of remote support applications (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer, VNC).
