Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare itineraries/agendas, and process travel expenses
• Process monthly executive business expenses
• Prepare and organize vendor financial books for European travel
• Assist in planning budgets
• Work with studio and Burbank leaders to develop and execute a multi-year IT roadmap to establish and maintain an IT infrastructure that can support WBIE’s aggressive growth and expansion plans
• Keep critical services such as desktop operating systems, security patches, email/Office365 tools, shared storage, collaboration tools (Box, Confluence), data transfer services (Aspera), source control and similar running at peak performance and working across all the studios to prevent downtime
• For key vendors/contracts impacting multiple studios, evaluate studio needs in partnership with studio IT directors, lead vendor and deal evaluation, assist in structuring and negotiating contracts, and determine studio allocations
• Provide guidance and direction to studio IT Directors
• Stay current on new developments in IT
• Facilitate cooperation and alignment between IT and game engineering teams

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
