Position Details

The District Administration, Ganderbal invites fresh online applications for key contractual roles under the Small Business Development Unit ( Nullable) (SBDU) and Business Help Desks (BHDs) initiative.

• SBDU Coordinator – 01 post – ₹35,000 per month (Lump Sum)
• BHD Coordinator – 03 posts – ₹35,000 per month (Lump Sum)

  * 2 posts for subdivision Ganderbal and 1 post for subdivision Kangan.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit: 21–45 years as on date of notification.
2. Domicile: Must be a Domicile of Jammu & Kashmir.
3. Educational Qualification: Minimum 3‑years graduate degree. The qualifying degree must be in one of the following disciplines: Business Administration, Management, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Chartered Accountant (CA) issued by ICAI or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA/ICWA) issued by ICMAI. At least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA from a UGC‑recognised university.
4. Work Experience: The candidate must have full‑time, paid, post‑qualification work experience in domains such as entrepreneurship development, MSME promotion, startup incubation, livelihoods, market linkage, skill development, or programme management in the development or government sector.
