Job summary

Valeo recherche un ingénieur discipline au sein du département Software Development pour piloter plusieurs domaines techniques, exécuter des solutions d’ingénierie et préparer des documents techniques.

Vous contribuerez à l’amélioration continue, à la digitalisation, au respect des budgets et au travail en équipe avec les ingénieurs et les parties prenantes, en veillant à la propriété intellectuelle et à l’innovation. Poste en CDI, temps plein, dans un environnement multinational et innovant.

Qualifications

• Budget awareness: comprendre les budgets et optimiser les ressources.
• Exécution de solutions techniques pour tâches d'ingénierie, sur projets définis.
• Rédaction de documentation technique claire (rapports, spécifications, présentations).
• Développement technique continu et montée en compétences.
• Encadrement technique des ingénieurs juniors et transfert de savoir-faire.
• Application des normes de conception et des bonnes pratiques.

Responsibilities

• Contribuer à l’Awareness Budget et à l’optimisation des ressources dans leur périmètre.
• Exécuter des solutions techniques pour des tâches d’ingénierie dans des projets.
• Rédiger des documents techniques clairs (rapports, spécifications, présentations).
• Développer continuellement ses compétences techniques et accompagner les juniors.
• Appliquer les normes de conception Valeo et contribuer à l’amélioration continue.

Budget

• Budget Awareness~ Demonstrate awareness of project budgets and strive to optimize resource utilization within their scope of work.

Support operations

• Technical Solution Execution~ Execute technical solutions for engineering tasks within defined projects, focusing on Newness levels 1-2 (fully applied or design based on existing rules).
• Problem Solving Support~ Actively participate in problem‑solving initiatives under the guidance of senior engineers, applying Valeo standard methodologies like QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) to analyze issues and contribute to solution finding.
• Technical Documentation~ Prepare clear and concise technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and presentations, to effectively communicate their work.

Competencies

• Technical Development~ Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge within the Discipline, staying abreast of industry trends and advancements.
• Technical Coaching~ Provide technical guidance and support to Discipline Junior Engineers, fostering their onboarding and skill development.
• Design Standard Application~ Apply existing design standards effectively in their work, ensuring alignment with Valeo's guidelines and best practices.

• Digitalization Roadmap Adoption~ Actively adopt and utilize digital tools and processes outlined in the Discipline's Digitalization Roadmap to enhance efficiency and productivity.
