Job summary

Valeo in Chennai is seeking a Discipline Design Leader to drive budget and technical discipline leadership on a major project. This is a full-time, permanent role within GTSC System. You will oversee budget execution and QCD performance for the discipline, ensuring alignment with program goals.

You will lead design solutions, promote reuse, manage QRQC, and mentor designers. Collaborate with the Discipline Engineering Manager and R&D leaders to integrate discipline work with the overall project
