Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a senior restructuring advisor to lead client engagements across turnaround, liquidity management, and business transformation in India. You will own 13-week cash flow forecasting, liquidity assessments, treasury management, and stakeholder communications.

The successful candidate will develop integrated business plans, financial projections, and restructuring strategies, delivering performance improvements and executive-level reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in restructuring, turnaround consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or related advisory environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in preparing, reviewing, and managing 13-week cash flow models and liquidity forecasting exercises.
• Strong financial modeling capabilities including three-statement models, business planning, scenario analysis, and KPI reporting.
• Experience working with distressed, underperforming, or rapidly changing business situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across restructuring, turnaround, liquidity management, and business transformation situations.
• Own and review 13-week cash flow forecasting, liquidity assessments, treasury management, and stakeholder communications.

• Lead workstreams involving bankruptcy preparedness, contingency planning, cash preservation, and value creation initiatives.
• Drive business development efforts through relationship building with corporates, private equity firms, lenders, lawyers, and other intermediaries.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of the growing India practice.
