Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple diligence, transaction and transformation engagements.

The Performance Improvement (PI) team partners with private equity sponsors, lenders and corporates to drive value creation, performance enhancement and transformation across the business and investment lifecycle. This high-output team delivers strategy through execution that is tailored per client needs.

The Director, PI at Portage Point represents a unique opportunity for a highly motivated professional to assume a wide range of responsibilities to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment. The Director, PI will lead the India delivery function for transaction execution, operational turnaround and value creation programs, ensuring seamless execution, quality control and scalability. • Strong experience in cost transformation, operational turnarounds, transaction execution or cash management programs
• Proven ability to manage teams in a global delivery model
• Advanced financial modeling and data analytics capabilities
• Experience leading complex engagements, managing multiple priorities and ensuring delivery of executive-ready results
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready presentation and reporting skills
• Proven ability to thrive in lean, fast-moving teams
