As Director of Technology & Engineering within Novartis Biomedical Research Data & Digital Software & Workflows, you will shape how high‑quality, AI-enabled software solutions are designed, built, and delivered across scientific workflows and laboratory processes. You will lead software engineering and AI engineering leaders, set a clear technical direction, and create the conditions for teams to deliver meaningful outcomes with speed, quality, and confidence.
