We have a position of Tax Director with my client based out of Delhi.

My client is a New Delhi-based audit and law firm with over 40 years of excellence in serving diverse industries, including automotive, retail, restaurants, real estate, and more. Our clientele comprises corporations with revenues exceeding $50 million, with a strong focus on multinationals operating in the US and India.

Having successfully implemented a pilot program with a niche US CPA and law firm, we have demonstrated our ability to deliver outstanding results, driving 15% year-over-year revenue growth for our client. We are now poised to scale, expanding our team to a robust group of ~10 professionals.

About the Role

Tax Director – we are seeking a dynamic leader to guide our expanding team and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables for our growing portfolio of international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~10 professionals focused on tax preparation, compliance, and advisory services for multinational clients.
• Collaborate with US-based CPA and law firms to streamline workflows and maintain seamless communication.
• Ensure all tax deliverables are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.
• Mentor and develop team members to maintain a high-performing and motivated team.
• Stay updated on international tax laws and regulations, with a focus on US compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Chartered Accountant, CPA, or relevant advanced degree in tax/accounting.
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance, with a proven track record of leading teams.
• Strong understanding of US tax laws and multinational compliance requirements.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
