Job summary

Quick Heal Technologies, India’s homegrown cybersecurity powerhouse, seeks a Director of Strategy to partner with the CEO and leadership team to shape future direction and translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.

This founder-minded leader will identify where the company should play, what capabilities to build, and which initiatives to accelerate or stop, driving impact across Quick Heal and Seqrite.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO to define strategic priorities and communicate them.
• Convert strategic goals into executable initiatives with clear ownership, milestones and outcomes.
• Drive organisation-wide transformation programs involving multiple business functions.
• Lead monthly strategy reviews and quarterly portfolio reviews to ensure focus and execution discipline.
• Establish KPI architecture, executive dashboards and decision-support systems.
• Drive resource allocation, prioritization and ROI-based decision making across strategic initiatives.
• Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, competitive intelligence and scenario planning.

About the Role

This is not a traditional Corporate Strategy role.

As Director - Strategy, you will partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to help shape the company’s future direction and ensure that strategy translates into measurable business outcomes.

You will help identify where the company should play, what capabilities it must build, which opportunities deserve investment, and which initiatives should be accelerated, redesigned or stopped. You will bring clarity to complex situations, challenge assumptions with data and insight, and help leadership make better strategic decisions faster.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, growth, transformation, execution, performance management and organizational effectiveness. You will work across business units, functions and leadership teams to align priorities, drive focus and ensure that the organization's most important initiatives receive disproportionate attention and resources.

You will not be measured by the number of presentations you create, but by your ability to convert ideas into action, action into outcomes and outcomes into enterprise value.

This role is ideal for someone who is intellectually curious, commercially sharp, highly analytical and deeply execution oriented. What You Will Own

• 10+ years in Strategy Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Transformation, Business Operations, P&L Leadership or Founder’s Office roles.
• Strong ability to move seamlessly between strategic thinking and operational execution.
• Proven experience translating leadership vision into measurable business outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and structured thinking capabilities.
• Experience driving cross-functional programs in fast-growing organizations.
• Strong understanding of business metrics, financial drivers and value creation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• High ownership, bias for action and ability to influence without authority.
• Comfort working directly with founders, CXOs and business leaders.
• Passion for building systems, processes and capabilities from the ground up.
