Job summary
IFI Techsolutions seeks a senior Solution Architecture leader to steer technology solutioning and presales for global customers. This role leads a team of Solution Architects across Data, AI, DevOps & Infrastructure, and Security, partnering with Sales, Delivery, Microsoft, and executive stakeholders.
The candidate should have deep Microsoft Azure expertise, broad enterprise-architecture vision, cloud transformation experience, and the ability to translate complex tech into business value.
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology/enterprise architecture/solution architecture.
- Microsoft/Azure ecosystem is mandatory.
- Experience leading solution architecture, consulting, presales, or a technology practice.
- Enterprise customer-facing experience, preferably with large global customers.
- Broad understanding across Azure, AI, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, DevOps, and Application Modernization.
- Excellent communication and CXO engagement skills.

IFI Techsolutions is looking for a senior Solution Architecture leader to lead our technology solutioning and presales function for global customers.
The role will lead a team of Solution Architects across Data, AI, DevOps & Infrastructure, and Security, while working closely with Sales, Delivery, Microsoft, and senior customer stakeholders.
We are looking for someone with strong experience in the Microsoft/Azure ecosystem, enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, and customer-facing solutioning. The person should have a broad understanding of Cloud, AI, Data, Security, DevOps, and Application Modernization, with deep expertise in one or more of these areas.
This is a leadership role for someone who can connect technology, business requirements, and commercial objectives — helping customers identify the right solutions while building a strong and scalable architecture practice within IFI.
- Lead IFI's Solution Architecture and technical presales function across global customer engagements.
- Manage and mentor Solution Architects specializing in Data, AI, DevOps & Infrastructure, and Security.
- Provide technical direction and architectural oversight for complex enterprise opportunities.
- Review and guide solution architectures, proposals, HLDs, SOWs, estimations, RFP/RFI responses, and technical presentations.
- Ensure proposed solutions are scalable, secure, commercially viable, and aligned with customer objectives.
- Build reusable architecture patterns, frameworks, accelerators, and best practices across the team.
- Drive adoption of Microsoft Azure, Cloud, AI, Data, Security, and modern infrastructure solutions among global customers.
- Engage with customers to understand their business and technology challenges and identify opportunities for transformation.

- Lead discovery sessions, technical workshops, architecture discussions, executive presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Help customers define technology roadmaps and transformation strategies.
- Translate complex technology concepts into clear business value and outcomes.
- Support strategic and large enterprise opportunities across the US, UK, Europe, and other global markets.
- Bring strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, with Azure exposure being mandatory.
- Work closely with Microsoft teams and ecosystem partners on strategic opportunities and joint customer engagements.
- Understand Microsoft's cloud, data, AI, security, and infrastructure portfolio and how these technologies can be combined to solve enterprise challenges.
- Stay current with developments in Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI, Copilot, security, DevOps, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Partner with Sales from opportunity qualification through technical closure.
- Shape solution strategy for large and complex enterprise deals.
- Support RFP/RFI responses, proposals, technical estimations, solution costing, POCs, and technical evaluations.
- Identify opportunities for cloud migration, modernization, AI adoption, security transformation, and managed services.
- Help differentiate IFI's solutions through strong architecture, innovation, and business value.
- Work closely with Delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from presales to implementation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of senior Solution Architects.
- Build a collaborative architecture culture across Data, AI, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Security.
- Coach architects on enterprise solutioning, customer engagement, executive communication, and technical presentations.
- Review team performance and help architects grow into broader technology and customer-facing roles.
- Ensure the right technical expertise is brought into each strategic opportunity.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their relevance to IFI and its customers.
- Encourage the use of AI and automation to improve the speed, quality, and efficiency of the solutioning and presales process.
- Develop reusable accelerators, frameworks, POCs, and solution assets.
- Work with internal teams to convert successful customer solutions into repeatable offerings.
- 15+ years of experience in technology, enterprise architecture, solution architecture, consulting, or technical presales.
- Strong experience in the Microsoft/Azure ecosystem is mandatory.
- Proven experience leading solution architecture, technical consulting, presales, or a technology practice.
- Strong enterprise customer-facing experience, preferably with large global customers.

- Strong understanding of architecture principles, cloud transformation, and modern enterprise technology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage CXO-level stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect technical solutions with business outcomes.
We are particularly interested in professionals who have grown from a strong technical background into enterprise architecture, solution consulting, practice leadership, or technology presales leadership.
The ideal candidate does not need to be the deepest technical expert across every practice. Instead, they should be able to lead specialists, challenge architectural decisions, connect different technology domains, understand customer priorities, and guide the overall solution strategy.
Experience with a Microsoft Partner, Microsoft ecosystem, Cloud Service Provider, Managed Service Provider, or technology consulting organisation will be an advantage.
