Job summary

Jobtailor in Hyderabad seeks a senior engineering leader to define and drive the technical roadmap for SaaS-based enterprise software. You will lead the full software lifecycle, architect scalable AWS-based apps, and champion microservices and AI/ML integration across teams.

You will mentor a high-performing group, ensure security and regulatory traceability in capital markets, and collaborate with Product, Data Engineering, and Client teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in software development with at least 5 years in leadership roles focused on application development.
• Proven track record delivering SaaS applications using microservice architectures, ideally in capital markets, fintech, or enterprise software.
• Deep expertise in C#, Angular, SQL and the broader Microsoft stack.
• Hands-on AWS-native development across EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, and CloudFormation.
• Strong DevOps discipline including CI/CD, Docker, Terraform, and AWS CDK.
• Experience with Python and API development using FastAPI or Flask for AI/ML integration.
• Knowledge of ML algorithms, feature engineering, NLP, and modern AI techniques.
• Hands-on with LLMs, RAG systems, LangChain, Llama Index, and vector databases.
• Experience with AWS AI/ML services like SageMaker and Bedrock.
• Proven ability to lead and scale software engineering teams in data-driven environments.
• Excellent communication to present technical and AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
