Michael Page is seeking a senior leader in Mumbai to drive billions in daily settlements and lead digital transformation initiatives. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage risk, and coordinate with internal and external partners across markets.

The role requires extensive experience in investment banking or financial services, deep knowledge of settlement processes, and strong stakeholder management to position the organization at the forefront of market infrastructure evolution.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in investment banking or financial services.
• Deep understanding of securities settlement processes and market infrastructure.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Risk management and control framework expertise.
• Understanding of global markets and financial instruments.
• Settlement systems and platforms expertise.
• Understanding of STP (Straight Through Processing).
• Experience with settlement automation tools.
• Knowledge of major custodian and CSD platforms.
