Role Overview

As Vice President Sales, you will spearhead new client acquisition for TQ-P in India. This is a senior leadership role focused on building high-value client relationships, positioning TQ-P as the go-to partner for talent solutions, and driving revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a new client acquisition strategy aligned with TQ-P’s growth vision.
  • Engage with CXOs, CHROs, and business leaders across industries to drive strategic conversations.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiations, and closures.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and delivery excellence.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline leveraging both industry networks and AI-powered market intelligence.
  • Represent TQ-P at leadership forums, industry events, and client discussions as a brand ambassador.

Key Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in recruitment / talent advisory sales, with a proven record in new client acquisition.
  • Established relationships with CXO/CHRO networks in India.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of recruitment industry trends, client challenges, and talent strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a growing and fast-paced environment.
  • Based in Pune or willing to relocate.
