Director - Reference Data Operations - Female preferred

One of our clients is one of the leading investment banking firm with presence across the globe. As they expand, they are looking to hire Director - Operations for Reference Data team. The candidate will be responsible for all Run the Bank and Change the Bank initiatives for the process.

Responsibilities:

- Managing a mid size team for resources including VPs and AVPs for the location along with people management and providing leadership support.

- Collaborating with global cross functional team, point of escalations across multiple asset classes, corporate actions and data pricing.

- Managing relationships with senior BU stakeholders, Technology and External Data Vendors, highlighting achievements and opportunities, and providing updates on expectations, strategic projects, key initiatives, and regulatory requirements.

- Oversee continuous improvement, change management and transformation process.

- Establishing a working relationship with Compliance, Risk, and Audit

Required:

- Finance Degree

- 20+ years of experience within reference data.

- Excellent knowledge of securities reference data; process improvement, and project management.

- People Management.

- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
