The role requires owning the complete lifecycle from business development and solutioning to execution, delivery and client relationship management, with 11+ years in related fields and strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of overall experience in Project/Program Management, Consulting, Transformation or Business Advisory.
• Strong experience in Real Estate, Construction, EPC and/or Infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record managing large-scale projects from inception to closure.
• Hands-on digital transformation, process transformation or technology-enabled projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development initiatives across the Real Estate, Construction & Infrastructure sectors.
• Identify new opportunities, develop client relationships and convert opportunities into consulting engagements.
• Lead proposal development, solutioning, commercial discussions and client presentations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with CXO and senior management stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling and long-term client partnerships.
• Lead and oversee end-to-end project/program delivery, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, quality and budgets.
• Manage multiple large and complex projects across real estate, construction and infrastructure organizations.
• Establish project governance, PMO structures, reporting mechanisms, risk frameworks and performance management processes.
• Drive project planning, execution, resource management, issue resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Identify and mitigate project, program and enterprise-level risks.
• Work closely with client leadership and internal multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful execution.
• Lead digitalization and technology-enabled transformation projects across real estate, construction and infrastructure businesses.
• Identify opportunities for process automation, digital enablement and operational efficiency.
• Advise clients on business process excellence, operating model transformation and technology adoption.
• Translate business requirements into practical technology-enabled solutions in collaboration with technology and functional teams.
• Drive transformation initiatives involving areas such as ERP, digital platforms, data/analytics, workflow automation, project management systems and other enterprise technologies.
• Advise clients on project governance, enterprise risk management, internal controls and compliance frameworks.
• Establish effective governance structures for large capital projects and transformation programs.
• Support clients in strengthening project controls, risk identification, monitoring and mitigation.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve business resilience, operational performance and project outcomes.
• Build, mentor and lead multidisciplinary consulting/project teams.
• Provide thought leadership and contribute to the growth of theri's Real Estate & Infrastructure consulting practice.
• Develop industry-specific propositions, methodologies and solutions.
• Collaborate with other practices to develop integrated solutions for clients.
• Contribute to practice strategy, market development and knowledge-building initiatives.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate should have experience managing large-scale transformation and digitalization initiatives, while also being comfortable owning the complete project lifecycle—from business development and solutioning to execution, delivery and client relationship management.
• 11+ years of overall experience, with significant experience in Project/Program Management, Consulting, Transformation or Business Advisory.
• Strong and demonstrable experience in the Real Estate, Construction, EPC and/or Infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects/programs from inception through execution and closure.
• Hands-on experience in digital transformation, digitalization, process transformation or technology-enabled projects.
• Strong Business Development experience, including opportunity identification, solutioning, proposals, client acquisition and account management.
• Experience working directly with CXOs/senior leadership and external clients.
• Strong understanding of project governance, PMO, risk management, project controls and business process improvement.
• Experience managing large multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to connect client business problems with consulting solutions.
• Consulting/advisory experience from a Big 4, management consulting firm, engineering/consulting firm or large corporate transformation function would be highly desirable.
