Job summary

Everise is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead AI-powered recruitment solutions for global Talent Acquisition and Healthcare BPO operations. You will own the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery, leveraging hands-on AI product experience and ATS integrations to improve recruiter productivity and time-to-fill.

You will collaborate with HR/TA teams, apply CCaaS and conversational AI, manage engineering work and external vendors, and define KPIs to drive ROI.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of relevant professional experience, including approximately 5+ years in product management or product leadership.
• Experience with global BPO, IT, HRTech, HRMS, RPO, recruitment outsourcing or Talent Acquisition operations, preferably supporting North America (ET time zone) and at least one additional market.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI-enabled products into production, with measurable business outcomes.
• Practical experience with Workday, Journeyfront or comparable enterprise ATS platforms.
• Understanding CCaaS, conversational AI, voice automation and contact center integrations.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, lead cross-functional engineering teams and manage external technology vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical skills and experience translating business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
• Candidate needs to work in US shifts.

• Define and track KPIs such as Cost per Hire, Time-to-Fill, recruiter productivity and ROI.

The role requires strong product leadership, hands-on AI product experience, ATS expertise, recruitment assessment technology and knowledge of CCaaS platforms to improve recruiter productivity, reduce Cost per Hire and accelerate time-to-fill.Key Responsibilities Product Strategy: Own the product vision, roadmap, prioritization and delivery of AI-enabled recruitment solutions aligned with business objectives.AI & Automation: Identify and implement AI capabilities such as candidate matching, automated screening, conversational AI, recruiter copilots and workflow automation.Healthcare BPO & TA Operations: Partner directly with global HR/TA teams and Healthcare BPO operations to optimize sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, recruitment workflows and operational efficiency.ATS & Integrations: Work with platforms such as Workday Recruiting, Journeyfront or equivalent ATS solutions, integrating HRIS, CRM, sourcing, assessment and onboarding systems.Assessment Technologies: Collaborate with recruitment assessment providers and platforms to integrate skills assessments, aptitude tests, behavioral assessments, language proficiency testing and AI-enabled candidate evaluations into recruitment workflows.CCaaS & Conversational Technology: Leverage platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect or Five9 to improve candidate communication, automate outreach and enhance recruiter efficiency.Engineering & Vendor Management: Guide engineering teams on product requirements, technical priorities and delivery.
