Innovapptive, headquartered in Houston with an engineering center in Hyderabad, seeks a Director – Product Management to own and scale a maintenance product portfolio for asset‑intensive industries. You will drive strategy, partner with customers and GTM teams, and mentor a team of PMs to deliver impactful features.

You will lead discovery, define requirements, prioritize with engineering, and ensure adoption post‑launch while aligning with business KPIs and agile processes.

Competenze

• 8–10+ years of product management experience with at least 2–3 years in a senior/lead PM or Associate Director level role owning a product or portfolio.
• Strong background in B2B SaaS products such as maintenance / field operations / EAM or similar enterprise workflows.
• Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end product lifecycle and shipping impactful features in close partnership with engineering, design, and business stakeholders.
• Experience leading high‑performing teams and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders without authority.
• Comfort with data, experimentation, and using analytics to drive prioritization and roadmap decisions.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder‑management skills, including customer‑facing product demonstrations.
• Exposure to GTM, proposals, SOWs, and commercial aspects of product deals is an added advantage.

• Prepare and present business cases, product proposals, and roadmap updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment with agile delivery practices and contribute to continuous improvement of product processes and rituals.

The Role

The Director – Product Management will own and scale a maintenance product portfolio, driving innovation, frontline productivity, and business outcomes for enterprise customers in asset‑intensive industries. What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Comfort with analytical tools (Sheets, BI / dashboard tools, basic SQL or equivalent) to analyze product usage and performance.
