Job summary

Honeywell Technologies in Bengaluru seeks a senior program leader to drive AI transformation, oversee enterprise projects, and push operational excellence across functions.

You will translate business problems into AI use cases, scale adoption of digital tools, lead change programs, and ensure data governance, security, and compliance while reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• MBA or any Management Diploma/Certificate would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• AI Transformation Program Leadership: Led enterprise-scale transformation programs with clear ownership of scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, benefits, governance cadence, and executive reporting.
• AI / Digital Tool Adoption & Use-Case Scaling: Translate business problems into AI-enabled use cases, drive tool rollout and user adoption, and track outcomes such as productivity, quality, cycle time, cost, and satisfaction.
• Change Management, Upskilling & AI Culture Building: Build role-based training, communications, communities of practice, adoption toolkits, and engagement mechanisms.
• Stakeholder Influence, Governance & Responsible AI Readiness: Align engineering, HR, IT, cybersecurity, legal, data privacy, finance, and senior leaders; ensure data governance, security, compliance, and sustainment.

• Stakeholder Influence, Governance & Responsible AI Readiness Effectively aligns engineering, HR, IT, cybersecurity, legal, data privacy, finance, and senior leaders; facilitates decisions while ensuring data governance, security, compliance, and sustainment are addressed.
