Job Description: Director, PDS Projects

What this job involves:

• Pillar of the team: Working closely with either the project manager or the senior project manager (or both), youll play a pivotal role in driving project success. Youll take ownership of small projects, and provide a boost to the major ones. Youll help ensure optimal outcomes for all stakeholders and manage the organisational structure for each project, including reporting, communication and working procedures, with clear objectives in place.
• Building strong client relationships: Maintain a strong and positive relationship with clients by identifying their needs, requirements and constraints.
• Upholding excellence in project delivery: Manage professional consultants for design and documentation, carry out contract administration of all vendors, identify project risks and implement mitigation measures, and create project-related reports, analyses and reviews.

Qualifications:

• An expert in the field: Do you have a degree in any property-related discipline? Do you have at least five years of experience in planning, documentation, design, construction or project management?
